Five stars are insufficient for this company! When my external hard drive failed I was certain I’d lost 2TB+ of data. Having had my laptop looked at by a local repair company they could not recover any of my data but recommended EADR. Following a phone conversation with Steve I dispatched my hard drive on a Friday and over the week-end I was kept up to date by emails on the recovery progress.

I snapped my USB drive with all of my university work on it, fearing the worst I contacted a local company (PC Repair Leeds) and they put me in contact with EADR. I initially emailed and EADR rang me back very promptly. They asked me what the problem was and then asked for photos to determine if they could help. Upon seeing the photos they were very happy for me to send them the USB drive. EADR kept in touch with me throughout the process and were very quick with getting the data recovered and informing me of the cost. They sent me a break down of all the data they had recovered to make sure that they had recovered everything and informed me of possible problems.

EADR gave me a choice of sending them a new USB drive to have the data recovered or buying a new one off them.

EADR received my broken USB drive on Friday and I received the data on a new USB drive the following Tuesday.

I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend to other people.
