Oops... We did it again!
EADR are really proud to announce that we were voted through from the finals of the Tech For Techs awards 2024 to become award winners once again.
The categories we were finalists in were:
Best Outsource Company
Best Customer Service
Best Tech Website
Community Expert
This is the fourth year that we have been voted through to the finals for Best Outsource company. It is a huge accolade that a community of independent technology businesses have voted for us each year to win the award and we are very proud of the reputation we have earned as a trusted partner to many computer repair centres and IT support companies that seek our professional help when they need a specialist data recovery company to recover important information.
Tech Max itself was a fantastic event this year as always; each year it is bigger and better than the year previous with more attendees, education slots/talks for visitors so much more to see and do. We were delighted to be exhibiting amongst over 100 other vendors in the industry, and the awards were presented at the end of the afternoon at a special event ceremony.
We were also voted as Runner-Up in the categories for Best Customer Service and Best Tech Website. Director Alison says "we're so proud of the recognition by others in the industry that we are providing the best service possible to our clients. As an independent company we have stuck close to our original ethos when we started the business in 2010. We never lose sight of the fact that when we are recommended, or people use us as their preferred partner, we are an extension of their business reputation and we take that very seriously". The Best Tech Website category means a lot to us too, as we know that there's nothing more frustrating than a website that is slow or doesn't give the client a good experience.
Unlike other exhibitors there on the day, we don't have "products" to sell as a service business, but our colourful stand won the prize for Best Exhibition Stand on the day!
